Discount Two-Way Radio's return policy requires you to contact them within 48 hours of receiving a product to obtain a Return Authorization for returns or exchanges. Most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be received within 5 business days of authorization, in new condition with original packaging. Certain items, such as megaphones, customized equipment, special order items, clearance items, ear-insert accessories, and items requiring installation (e.g., Base Stations, Mobile Radios, Repeaters, Antennas, Cables, Connectors, PA Systems, Intercom Systems) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless Dead on Arrival. Shipping costs and custom labor are non-refundable. For warranty replacements, defective items must be returned within 5 business days of authorization to avoid being billed for the replacement. Equipment returned for credit towards a future purchase must be completed within 30 days. Always use a shipping service with a tracking number. Pre-paid return shipping labels are only provided for Dead on Arrival merchandise.
